His local Cajun-Creole cuisine is elegant, hardy, creative, and consistently fabulous. With traditional items mixed with lighter choices, this may be the best of the old and the new. Their bread pudding soufflé could be the best dessert in New Orleans. No reservations, so one should ideally go at odd times. The menu changes frequently, reflecting what is fresh, seasonal, and catches the chef's attention. This is his home, his flagship, and his standard bearer. New Orleans inspired, creative, and extravagant. Service is attentive; décor is smart, edgy, modern, and artsy.
