Directions to Heritage Plaza
We've found that some of the online map sites suggest directions that are not necessarily easiest or most time efficient, so you may want to consider these:

From the airport or Baton Rouge:
  • I-10 East to the Bonnabel Blvd. exit (#229), left at the light,
  • go 2 blocks to Veterans Blvd. and turn right at the light,
  • go exactly 1.2 miles to Lake Ave., turn left at the light.
  • The 18 story building is Heritage Plaza!
From Downtown, Uptown or the Westbank:
  • I-10 West to the West End Blvd. exit (#231B), turn left at the first light, go 0.5 miles and you'll cross the 17th Street Canal, turn right at the light onto Lake Ave. The 18 story building on your right is Heritage Plaza!
From the North Shore:
  • Take the Causeway to West Esplanade, turn left at the light,
  • go exactly 1.9 miles to Lake Ave., turn right at the light,
  • go 0.9 miles to the 18 story building on your left.
From New Orleans East or Slidell:
  • I-610 West to exit #1B (New Orleans Business District),
  • then immediately loop again on the Baton Rouge/Slidell
  • exit and keep right towards Slidell,
  • one more loop on the West End Blvd. exit (dizzy yet?) to finally reach the
  • traffic light where you should turn left onto Veterans Blvd.,
  • go 0.5 miles and you'll cross the 17th Street Canal, turn right at the light onto Lake Ave. The 18 story building on your right is Heritage Plaza.
Parking Options
The Parking Lot in front of the building usually has a few vacant spaces. You only need to walk up the front stairs to the main Plaza Lobby. If you would like protection from the weather, or would like to avoid any stairs, another option is...

The Multi-Level Garage usually has space available by the time you reach the 4th or 5th level. For convenience you may go to a higher level to find a spot nearer the elevators (but avoid the SportsCenter elevator). Take the garage elevator to the third level (floor PL) to walk directly into the main Plaza Lobby. (NOTE: we are not on Floor P7 which is the top level of the garage.)

The Plaza Lobby elevators will take you to Floor 7, and we're in Suite 777!

Please bring your parking garage ticket to our office so that we can validate it for a reduced rate.
